Dr. Jennifer Cho DDS

Dr. Ah Ram (Jennifer) Cho was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Coquitlam at the age of 12. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of British Columbia and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Sydney, Australia. After practicing in Northern Alberta for six years, she returned to British Columbia to be closer to home.

Dr. Cho pursued dentistry after many positive experiences as a patient herself. Those early impressions shaped her approach to care—one that is calm, considerate, and focused on making patients feel at ease. She values clear communication and believes that dental visits should feel comfortable and collaborative.

She is committed to continually improving her skills and has completed additional training in dental implants, IV sedation, paediatric and anxious patient care, together with a range of continuing education courses to stay current with modern techniques.

Outside of work, Dr. Cho enjoys watching K-dramas, golfing, and spending time with friends and family over board games. She is happy to be part of the Port Moody Smile Dental team and looks forward to caring for her community.
